1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Polar Capridge (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice & Cookie Notice. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Who can use it, accounts, and limits

You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You confirm you are not in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited. We may refuse service, apply KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or breach. You are responsible for accurate profile information and for protecting your credentials.

3. Services, outside providers, and risk

We may point you to or explain third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries significant risk of loss. Past performance is not a promise of future outcomes. You alone are responsible for your choices and tax obligations.

4. Fees, permitted use, and IP rights

Fees, if any, are shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where allowed by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of 140 C$ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnification, suspension, and ending access

You agree to cover us for claims resulting from your use of, or breach of, these Terms. We may pause or end access for violations, risk, or legal reasons. Sections that remain in effect include liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.

7. Privacy, applicable law, and contact information
